What we collect. When you join, donate or sponsor, we collect your name, mailing address and email, your phone number if you give one, and your company if you sponsor, to keep the chapter's records. Credit card details go to Clover, never to us.

Photos. Nobody who attends an event is identifiable in photos on this site. Message us on Instagram or email yrtmidland@outlook.com to have a photo removed.

Mailing list. If you sign up, or leave the mailing-list box ticked when you join or sponsor, we keep your email and first name to send event announcements and chapter news. Message us on Instagram or email yrtmidland@outlook.com to be removed.

Getting involved. If you leave your name and number on the get involved form, we keep them so an officer can text you, by hand. If you also give an email, it goes on the mailing list. Message us on Instagram or email yrtmidland@outlook.com to be removed.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, counts page views with its Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when you visit.

Retention. Contribution records are kept for the chapter's books and removed on request. Mailing-list addresses and get-involved signups are kept until you ask to be removed.
